Karol Krzempek was born in Wroclaw on the 26th August 1986. He attended 14 Pułku Powstańców Śląskich High School where in 2005 he passed his High School exam. Afterwards he began studying on Wroclaw University of Technology on the faculty of Electronics. Graduated Optoelectronics and Fiber Technology specialization in 2010 with a maser thesis “Optimization of a erbium doped photonic crystal fiber laser” The same year he continued his education on fiber laser technology by attending PhD studies at University of Technology in Institute of Telecommunication, Teleinformatics and Acoustics. His main subjects are: fiber lasers, optical frequency combs.
